Also in Duck there is a boardwalk along the sound which connects shops and amazing restaurants, and nature trails – the coffee shops, donuts and ice cream shops don’t disappoint either! Driveway with double carport, enclosed outdoor shower, pool, gas grill. Come inside to the dry entry foyer, and laundry with full sized washer and dryer. Between the carport and the pool is a brand new outdoor bar area, surrounded by hammock swing chairs- enjoy the shade and cool off with a cocktail after sunning at the beach and pool!
Level 2:
4 large bedrooms, 1 with a Bunk Set and Pyramid Bunk on east side of house, which shares a hall bath with tub/shower combo with the southeast bedroom with Twins. On the west side of the house there is one Queen bedroom with private bath (shower stall full bathroom) that shares access to a separate Jacuzzi soaking bathtub room that connects with the private bath (tub/shower combo) of the second Queen bedroom that also has access to the large covered deck with the hot tub, overlooking the private pool. On your way from the mid to top levels is a half bath on the stairs landing.
