The unit was beautiful and accommodated our family of 6 adults and one baby. The unit was very clean and had all the necessary amenities for a home away from home (kitchenware, coffee makers, linens, washer/dryer, etc.). The attached deck allowed us to look out at the ocean as well as the pool area (each of which are in close walking distance). Each room was beautifully decorated and every bedroom had a TV. Our family enjoyed it so much that we have already booked the same unit for next year! A true gem in OBX!!!!

The unit was nicely updated and maintained, homey and comfortable. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Fantastic water pressure, large capacity washer and dryer, comfortable beds and furniture and well appointed. The unit is perfect for families with children as well, and outdoor activities are plentiful for all ages. The unit overlooks beautiful pool(and kiddy pool), and there is a nice view of the ocean. There are well maintained walkways to access the ocean too. My husband and I are senior citizens and will definitely be renting this unit again. There were not too many stairs to access the unit, so moving in and out went well. We highly recommend it to others as well. The grounds are nice and very well maintained. The pool area, when lit up at night is really pretty. The deck is about as relaxing as it gets, a great "get away" when you need it.

Everything was great except the bedroom with the bunkbeds the outside light shines in really bright at night. Maybe add blackout curtains.
