Wright Kite Festival | OBX Events

Looking for something fun to do this weekend? Look no further! Your friends at Southern Shores Realty have you covered! Head out on Saturday and Sunday, July 21-22 from 10am-4pm to the Wright Kite Festival being held at the Wright Brothers National Memorial in Kill Devil Hills. Sponsored by the memorial and Kitty Hawk Kites, this is a great opportunity to marvel in the wonders of giant oversized kites as well as take advantage of free stunt and power kite lessons. Admission to the memorial is $4 for adults and children 16 and under are FREE. Kitty Hawk Kites will also be offering children's kite making starting at 11am each day.
